You will be working with one of our existing social housing providers covering the South Derbyshire area working closely with the team to help deliver planned works.Works to include kitchens, bathrooms, roofing replacements and electrical works.Given the nature of the role we require you to have a driving license as your time will be spent on site and the offices in the South Derby area. Key Accountabilities will include: Acting as the main point of contact for residents, prioritising their needs and addressing concerns throughout the site works. The role focuses on fostering a safe, secure, and positive living environment while working closely with site staff to minimise disruptions. Clear, proactive communication and meticulous planning will ensure scheduled access to residents’ homes, building trust and delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience during the works. Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites. Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation. Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works. Organise and host regular surgeries to address residents’ queries, concerns, and feedback. Maintain a structured complaints procedure and handle disputes and damage claims promptly and fairly.Ideally you will be an experienced RLO with a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes however other working fields as a RLO will be considered. This role is working closely with one of our social housing partners in the South Derby area so ideally, we are looking for an experienced site manager within planned works and having worked with similar clients. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure a project is built safely, economically to the agreed timescales and quality standards. Manage Operatives, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is always maintained along with Health and safety. As the supervisor you will be leading from the front, overseeing the quality control and working closely with operatives in accordance with Health and Safety. This is to ensure good working practices of planned works are met within Public and Private sectors. As the role is a mix between sites and office we are looking for you to have a clean driving license to enable you to get aroundKey Accountabilities will be to ensure Working closely with the team and allocate work on a daily basis Attend pre-inspection works and advise operatives on job specifics Attend post-inspection works and inspect operatives’ workmanship Ensure large Multi-trade jobs are booked in by the scheduling team and are checked to clarify what trades and timeframes are required and if a pre-inspection is needed Deal and respond effectively for variation requests highlighted by the operative adhering to the appropriate client rules and procedures In order to be considered for this role you must have a SSSTS as a minimum (ideally SMTS but not a dealbreaker) come from a social housing background in either planned or reactive works. We are ideally looking for you to have developed your trade in kitchens, bathrooms, roofing or electrics. You will have strong IT skills (including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks to set deadlines.
