Home Projects Social Housing Maintenance For Wolverhampton Council

contract value

year contract

We are working with Wolverhampton Homes in a contract worth close to £115m

Beginning in April 2013 this 15-year contract involves the delivery of a programme of full maintenance works across Wolverhampton’s stock of approximately 7,000 homes.

We have also delivered several additional external projects such as Heath Town. This was a three-year, £9.5m project including rooftop extractor fans upgrades, fire risk assessment works, heating, electrical and shower upgrades.

Chetton Green

The success of this project led to the Chetton Green refurbishment, where we installed electrical, soil pipe and ventilation systems and fire compartmentation to three tower blocks. As well as fire stopping between flats, replacement of communal fire doors and other associated works.

This was all delivered safely and on time. The refurbishment works also achieved a Gold award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
