A multi-disciplinary role which will be responsible for ensuring that we develop creative marketing strategies to support our sales targets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand, responsible for the Residential marketing function that ensures robust strategies for delivering open market sales to the consumer. They will be actively involved from bid through to pre-development, start on site, pre and post sales launch seeing it through to development completion. The role will be liaise with our internal teams and wider JV partners ensuring the collateral is delivered on programme and to budget.As our Marketing Manager you will: Develop and deliver detailed marketing strategies for our JV projects to ensure we meet our sales targets. Develop and manage the production of all marketing collateral – websites, brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, OOH, on and offsite marketing suites, digital assets and events. Develop and sustain a creative and dynamic working relationship with third parties, agencies, PR and other suppliers. Develop and deliver strategies to support placemaking and regeneration over the duration of the build programme. Develop and manage extensive budgets and report these to the JV Board as and when necessary.We are looking for you to have relevant experience in developing and delivering extensive marketing campaigns for large-scale residential (or mixed use) regeneration projects within London – ideally have experience of working on Public Sector partnerships and be familiar with procurement. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proficient in delivering social media campaigns and be used to working to tight deadlines. Professional and positive approach, able to think creatively, team player, dynamic, and an ability to work on own initiative.The role is ideally based in London and will require travel to our sites. Manage pipeline and reporting, support the Business Growth and Pre Construction team with knowledge and intel on key strategic bids and opportunities.The geographic region you will focus on is that of our Southern region, with the office based in Basingstoke and use of our other offices inclusive of Leatherhead (Head Office) and London. The geographies to focus on include southern Home Counties; along the south coast, stretching from Kent to Dorset and north to Reading and across to west London.
