Develop and manage the production of all marketing collateral – websites, brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, OOH, on and offsite marketing suites, digital assets and events. Develop and sustain a creative and dynamic working relationship with third parties, agencies, PR and other suppliers. Develop and deliver strategies to support placemaking and regeneration over the duration of the build programme. Develop and manage extensive budgets and report these to the JV Board as and when necessary.We are looking for you to have relevant experience in developing and delivering extensive marketing campaigns for large-scale residential (or mixed use) regeneration projects within London – ideally have experience of working on Public Sector partnerships and be familiar with procurement.
