Resident Liaison Officer

We have an opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division. You will be covering the Greenwich area working on social housing contracts. You will be delivering support to our residents on our social housing contracts.Key Accountabilities will include: Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites. Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted, Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation. Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.You will be an experienced RLO with proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. As well as having a strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, you will be a strong communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills.

Net Zero Carbon Divisional Manager

We have an opportunity for a Divisional Manager to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division covering various contracts and working on Net Zero Carbon works. The successful candidate will provide strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post contract across a portfolio of programmes. The role specifically covers both work winning and the operational delivery of projects.Key Accountabilities will include: Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles. Full profit and loss accountability for the region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability. Successfully lead on all aspects of HS&E ensuring divisional reporting and delivery of our Zero Harm strategy and Bold Commitments. Overall and complete accountability for the Customer relationship.To be successful in the role you will have experience of growing and developing contracts, including success in delivering the highest levels of customer service at regional level, whilst ensuring the ongoing growth, improvement and profitability across all contracts. You should also have detailed knowledge of energy companies and forth coming funding routes, a level of data analysis expertise and overall SHDF compliance & lodgement process knowledge.Alongside this you will have the ability to influence at all levels and be a confident leader who is able to create value by shaping the future and delivering quality results.

Project Manager

Wates have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Wates team within our Planned Works division. You will be working out of one of our London office's on various contracts. The primary focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership and direction along with foresight and insight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes to Wates. Key Accountabilities will include: Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress. Identify the quality expectations and embrace these in the Quality Plan. Implement all statutory regulatory and company requirements for managing Health and Safety. Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project / scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints. Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to customer/ end user throughout the handover process. Establish a communications plan and agree accountabilities for team members. Ideally you will have experience of working for a main contractor on similar projects and have experience of elevational treatment, EWI decorative panelling & replacement windows.

Site Manager

Wates have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Wates team within our Planned Works division. You will be working in the Chichester area on one of our contracts. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure a project is built safely, economically to the agreed timescales and quality standards. You will be working on social housing decarbonisation fund (Solar PV, EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, Heating).Key Accountabilities will include: Responsible for input into and Programming the works/short-term programming of works. Manage Operatives, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained along with Health and safety at all times. Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements, and assist with design solutions. This resulting in the successful delivery and handover of schemes. Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports per scheme that will be file electronically as well as submitting to Project Manager. Ensure that once works are completed, the full and completed job packs are sent to the Project Manager at the office along with completion details to guarantee a swift invoicing procedure to eliminate WIP (work In Progress) & certify cash flow. You must have: Must have full accreditation in asbestos awareness, scaffold inspections. SMSTS required. Full UK Driving License Must hold a valid first aid certificate.We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a successful track record of completing internal and external planned maintenance works. To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach to providing site leadership. You will have strong IT skills (including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks to set deadlines.
