As Managing Director for Major Projects, Eddie has overall responsibility for securing and constructing the larger, more complex projects that Wates deliver across the UK.

Steff Battle is the Executive Managing Director of Wates Construction, having been appointed in late 2023. A Wates veteran, Steff joined the company in 1995 and spent his first 18 years in regional roles, including five years as Regional Director. He later led the pre-construction function for Wates Construction Group, including SES Engineering Services, for over six years.

Joining Wates in 2023, Bradley uses his expertise to help grow the pipeline of work in the Southern region.

As Education Director Gary has overall accountability for our Schools Education Sector and leads our Central Education Team. He oversees the delivery of our DfE Frameworks, ensuring compliance, highest performance levels, and timely delivery of all schemes within budget.
