Eddie is a dynamic, results driven leader with more than 35 years of experience spanning construction leadership, engineering, project management, and business growth. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered complex, high value schemes and driven strong operational and commercial performance across diverse sectors.

As Managing Director for SES Technology and Wates Advanced Manufacturing, Eddie takes personal pride in exceeding client expectations and championing a proactive, solutions focused culture. He is committed to ensuring excellence in delivery through strong collaboration, transparent governance, and continuous improvement. His leadership creates a clear and effective connection between delivery teams and senior stakeholders, enabling robust performance monitoring and a shared understanding of objectives and outcomes.

Over the course of his career, Eddie has led major programmes across both the public and private sectors, including large mixed use developments, advanced technology schemes, and critical work within the Justice sector. His background spans Tier 1 and Tier 2 building and civil engineering contractors, where he has held senior director roles for over 15 years, shaping business strategy, operational performance, and sustainable growth.

Eddie’s breadth of experience includes work across Industrial, Residential, Education, Justice, Highways, Commercial, Hotels and Leisure, Petrochemicals, and Oil & Gas. He has delivered large scale, complex projects through frameworks and alliances, with a deep understanding of how collaborative working and early engagement drive success.

Renowned for nurturing talent and building high performing teams, Eddie is passionate about work winning, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding outcomes for customers. His technical expertise is underpinned by an MSc in Property and Construction and membership of the Chartered Institute of Builders – reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional leadership and industry best practice.
