Bradley joined Wates in 2023 and uses his expertise across the built environment to support the growth of our pipeline for Wates Construction across the public sector.

After taking the traditional academic college route, Bradley started working on site as a groundworker and soon realised his passion for building. To drive his career forward, he studied a Construction Management degree while working as a Project Manager specialising in offsite construction. After seven years Bradley had the opportunity to enter the world of business development and has since held a number of roles working for Tier 1 contractors and construction specialists.

Bradley’s pro-active, resourceful and enthusiastic approach have seen him secure and develop new business across the UK as well as influence and build relationships with customers and partners at all levels.

One of his proudest moments was working as a project manager for the Prince’s Trust, where he was introduced to King Charles at the opening ceremony. He is also proud of becoming a Chartered Construction Manager and being nominated for Offsite Professional of the Year in 2017.
