Steve is responsible for leading business development for construction in London at Wates.
A highly motivated professional, his role includes developing and managing the strategic plan in London, identifying new opportunities in the capital, and maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients and consultants.
Steve works within a range of Wates core sectors including: Commercial, Mixed use, Education, Government and Heritage in projects ranging from £20m to £100m plus.
Steve joined Wates in 2019 from McLaren Construction where he spent six years, most recently leading its business development function across the southern region.
