Spearheading major, complex projects across the UK, including the impressive A1 development at British Land’s Canada Water site, this ambitious project encompasses the development of three office blocks and a striking 35-storey residential tower.  We also commenced works last year on the £450m gigafactory project in Sunderland on behalf of AESC UK.

Work with Bid & Pre-Construction Managers and wider team in development of responses that are attractive, concise and bring out the benefits of our offer. Facilitate quality question workshops and meetings with the wider bid team to share knowledge and develop a strategy to answer quality questions. Manage and communicate relevant market and competitor data Check the quality and consistency of responses in terms of themes, messages, key phrases and key words. Ensuring we learn from feedback and continuously improve our quality responses.
