Communicate professionally with tenants, housing officers, and team members.✅ Essential Qualifications: City & Guilds 2301 (or equivalent) Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
