Melissa Woodall is the Chair of the South East WISH network. She has worked within Social Housing for 14 years.
Currently working for Wates Living Space as a Client Relationship Director. Melissa’s enthusiasm and passion for social housing are infectious and she is a firm believer in creating a plentiful supply of quality social housing to enable communities to flourish.
Since 2018 she has been the WISH SE Chair of the Board and has been hosting 5 events a year with CEO’s and leaders within the industry. Melissa’s ambition through WISH is to enable other women in the sector to benefit from her experience and to help lead and inspire others to excel in their roles.
Melissa has worked across both tier 1 and SME’S including a renewable technology contractor and has been in the social housing industry for 14 years. Also, she is the Vice-Chair of the National Housing Maintenance Forum – Contractors Forum. Melissa has been with Wates property services since October 2019. Melissa is passionate about improving the communities we work in and providing quality refurbished homes for the next generation.
