Healthcare | Wates

With a fully integrated offer, our team of health experts works across the UK with both our public and private sector partners to inspire better ways of creating the places, communities, and healthcare facilities of tomorrow.

Our innovative and flexible approach enables us to address the key challenges facing the healthcare sector, from delivering a  176-bed intensive care unit for The Royal London Hospital to boost the response to COVID-19, to understanding how to create net-zero hospitals and investing in technology to improve quality and delivery.

We work across the public sector, with customers including Hampshire Hospitals Foundation NHS Trust, the London Borough of Camden, Camden Clinical Commissioning Group, and Tees Esk and Wear Valleys Trust. Our work with the private sector includes that for major pharmaceutical companies, where we deliver property upgrades and construct manufacturing facilities.
