We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Floorlayer to join our WPS Responsive team in Walton-on-Thames. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in domestic flooring, particularly within social housing or responsive maintenance environments.Key Responsibilities:• Install a variety of flooring types including vinyl, carpet tiles, and safety flooring.• Prepare subfloors using screed, plywood, or latex compounds.• Carry out repairs and replacements in occupied and void properties.• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.• Liaise with tenants and clients to ensure minimal disruption and excellent customer service.What We’re Looking For:• Proven experience as a floorlayer, ideally in a social housing or responsive repairs setting.• NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering Occupations or equivalent (preferred).• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Full UK driving licence.• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check at offer stage.Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage. Electrician

We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our responsive maintenance team, delivering high-quality electrical repairs and installations across social housing properties in the Barnsley area.🔍 What you’ll do: Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding, and installations in occupied and void properties. Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards. Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests. Repairs Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead our responsive maintenance operations across social housing properties in Croydon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned maintenance.🔍 Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and void refurbishments. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction. Support scheduling, resource planning, and reporting.✅ Requirements: SSSTS qualification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential. Experience in social housing repairs, including day-to-day maintenance and voids. Strong knowledge of trades including kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, and general building works.
