Quality Standards Advisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Standards Advisor to join Wates with Wates Living Space, where you will be contributing to the development and correct application of our integrated management system – the Wates Operating Framework (OF) – as well as the implementation of various business technology solutions to drive improvement in project performance such as our field application or our digital collaboration platform A key collaborator and facilitator you will positively influence both internal and external members of the wider project teams to enable them to actively deliver customer satisfaction and reduce mistakes, rework / recalls and defects. Alongside this, you will also carry out internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2011 as identified by the Business Quality Manager on a range of projects, activities, and key supply chain members; providing accurate reports and publishing to relevant parties.About youTo be successful in the role: You will be comfortable with national travel visiting projects Be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business Excellent writing and analytical skills and can effectively organise your own diary and meetingsIdeally, you will have some experience in the construction industry, be a Quality Practitioner (PCQI) and IRCA trained internal auditor with some knowledge of industry technology, including regulatory requirements and/or have experience of ISO 9001:2015, but what is most important is your drive, passion, and personality to be able to make a difference across the Wates group.This role can be based out of any of our Finsbury Park office with regular travel to offices and sites, as well as home working.
