We created a brand-new kitchen at Hadlow Rural Community School, a project that saw the team deliver structural works to create a kitchen space fully equipped with catering and plant machinery within a live school environment in just four months.

In 2023 we completed a refurbishment project at Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE), transforming a former secondary school into a pioneering digital campus in time for the 2023/24 academic year.

In the summer of 2023, we completed a office fit out in Finsbury Park, London, for our Property Services team. The existing premises had previously contained 16 smaller offices, and the project involved reconfiguring the space to create an open-plan design to accommodate our colleagues relocating from two offices in Enfield and Willesden.

Our relationship with M&S over the past two decades has seen us deliver several industry-leading fit-outs in live environments, and the refurbishment of M&S Bluewater was no exception. We completed a full fit-out and extension of the existing space creating a theatre feel to the shopping experience, including a large bakery, fresh produce section and a new Mai Sushi counter.

We pride ourselves on delivering solution-driven fit-outs for the retail sector. Over the last two decades, we have facilitated over 5 million square feet of retail refurbishments for M&S.

Upgrading services in healthcare environments is a privilege and one we never take for granted; we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to improve facilities for local and surrounding communities, working with our customers to ensure that everybody receives the care they need.

We are very proud to be doing this on behalf of a High-Performance Engineering & Technology customer in Northamptonshire, having worked with them as a valued customer for over 14 years, streamlining their practices and enhancing waste management.

Manor Drive School in Peterborough accommodates pupils from Nursery age through to Secondary school, with 446 primary pupils, 900 secondary pupils, and 26 nursery places with new teaching and support areas.

From minor repairs to brand new buildings and everything in between, our work is our opportunity to create welcoming and inspiring places in which to learn.

The project to fit out M&S’ newest store in the iconic Battersea Power Station development presented an entirely fresh set of challenges.

We recently transformed the Sir Michael Uren building at Imperial College London (ICL) over an 11-week programme.

When we were appointed to deliver Lloyds Banking Group’s Harbourside project, we understood the value this new hub would bring to the Group’s colleagues and its customers..

Our work for The Guinness Partnership (Guinness) saw us complete part-house retrofits to 52 homes in Crewe as part of the BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Demonstrator project. Our role in leading the retrofit project was to catalyse innovation and develop best practice to inform Guinness’ future social housing retrofit projects.

In July 2022, we secured outline planning consent for a sustainable development of 420 family homes.

Our fifth project with Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS), the new Fire and Rescue station and Training Academy and National Resilience Centre of Excellence is being constructed right in the heart of Aintree. 

We are part of the team currently on site at the AstraZeneca Macclesfield Campus.
