We're seeking a talented individual to oversee the allocation and management of resources for the delivery of Digital Construction/BIM-related project deliverables. As the Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll play a vital role in coordinating digital delivery across various disciplines and departments, while also managing budgets and programmes.About You: We're looking for an experienced Digital Construction Manager with a deep understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Information Management Standards such as ISO 19650. You should have a solid grasp of Digital Construction Technology, construction management processes, procurement forms, and contractual arrangements. A minimum Level 6 qualification in Digital Construction/BIM or equivalent experience is required.Key Responsibilities: Lead the production of Digital and BIM propositions, including documentation and BEP. Manage resources and sub-teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget. Oversee model and data validation activities like Clash Detection and COBie Validation. Manage Information Management functions to ensure consistent use of Common Data Environments (CDEs). Coordinate digital activities with other areas of the Digital Construction function. Produce Project Digital Performance Reports and monitor team performance. Engage with clients and project teams to define project digital scope, budget, and programme.
