Our valued customer
Store refurbishments nationwide
Year contract duration
We have been working with Marks & Spencer for over 20 years.
We have delivered over 1,000 store refurbishment and fit out projects across the Marks & Spencer (M&S) range of stores, spanning everything from the installation of signage, the refitting and retrofitting of equipment, to the fit-out of entirely new stores.
Since 2001, we have delivered more than 100 projects, through the retailer’s Food Hall Framework.
Each unique in their requirements, the smooth delivery of these projects has been made possible by our team’s understanding of the M&S business model, it’s operational needs and desired aesthetic.
We understand our customer’s brand and this insight, along with our expertise in providing fit-out solutions of unrivalled quality, enables us to deliver exceptional projects every time.
Our experience and long relationship with M&S means we have a unique ability to deliver end-to-end fit-out services across its whole portfolio.
We are no stranger to challenges and this is where the longevity of our relationship comes into its own. We have over 15 years’ experience in leading design negotiations with landlords and developers on behalf of M&S, supporting the business in delivering on its operational targets by arranging building occupancy.
This early engagement, in addition to our close network of local supply chain partners, ensures that we deliver cost certainty and value for money.

M&S Leamington Spa
In October 2021, we completed a significant fit-out of an M&S mainline store in Leamington Spa.
Completed in 23 weeks, work involved the fit-out and refurbishment of a vacant department store into an M&S clothing & home store and then linking it to an adjacent, newly built food hall. A new 5,000 sq. ft mezzanine area was also constructed as part of the fit-out and refurbishment scope.
We coordinated the work in close collaboration with the M&S consultant team and were able to expedite the programme to enable M&S to launch the Food hall eight weeks ahead of schedule before opening the new mainline store.
Working in partnership
Our team was involved in the design process, giving us the opportunity to scrutinise feasibility and ensure that M&S’s objectives could be met within their budget. We:
- coordinated the programme in collaboration with the M&S consultant team
- fast-tracked the fit-out programme by condensing the clothing & home design and procurement programme, enabling the Foodhall to open eight weeks early
User centred design
The design concepts used in the project aim to enhance customers’ shopping experience, with illuminated signage, bespoke wall finishes, new fridge cases and local wall messages included among the design features.
M&S Leamington Spa is an exemplary model of the breadth of our services to M&S and the solutions our teams can deliver.
