We have delivered over 1,000 store refurbishment and fit out projects across the Marks & Spencer (M&S) range of stores, spanning everything from the installation of signage, the refitting and retrofitting of equipment, to the fit-out of entirely new stores.
Since 2001, we have delivered more than 100 projects, through the retailer’s Food Hall Framework.

We are no stranger to challenges and this is where the longevity of our relationship comes into its own. We have over 15 years’ experience in leading design negotiations with landlords and developers on behalf of M&S, supporting the business in delivering on its operational targets by arranging building occupancy.
This early engagement, in addition to our close network of local supply chain partners, ensures that we deliver cost certainty and value for money.
Completed in 23 weeks, work involved the fit-out and refurbishment of a vacant department store into an M&S clothing & home store and then linking it to an adjacent, newly built food hall. A new 5,000 sq. ft mezzanine area was also constructed as part of the fit-out and refurbishment scope.
We coordinated the work in close collaboration with the M&S consultant team and were able to expedite the programme to enable M&S to launch the Food hall eight weeks ahead of schedule before opening the new mainline store.
