Overview
Kineton High School has been transformed through the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme, delivered via the MMC Lot 1 Framework. The secondary and sixth form campus now serves over 1,100 pupils aged 11–18, replacing outdated buildings with a modern, inclusive environment designed to raise aspirations and support wellbeing.
The new three-storey school building includes specialist teaching spaces, a vibrant dining hall, and a dedicated Learning Resource Centre with a mezzanine study area for sixth formers. A separate sports and community facility — featuring a sports hall, gym, studio and refurbished courts — provides vital shared space for the wider community, supporting both physical health and local connection.

Sustainability was central to the project. Delivered using our Adapt Next Generation solution, the school was designed to be Net Zero Carbon in Operation (NZCiO), with solar panels, air source heat pumps, passive design, improved insulation and natural ventilation — reducing energy demand and future-proofing the building.
Despite complex logistics and a live school environment, the project was carefully phased to minimise disruption.
The school now provides a place where students, staff and the community can thrive for generations to come.
