We’ve sold Friday Street Farm, a site for 250 new homes in Langney, Eastbourne, to Chartway Partnerships Group, a South East England based homebuilder.

Starting on-site in October 2022, work is now well underway on the first of 249 modern new homes which will transform the local area, in place of the original 1970s era pre-fabs.

Our relationship with M&S over the past two decades has seen us deliver several industry-leading fit-outs in live environments, and the refurbishment of M&S Bluewater was no exception.
