We are proud to have been recognised with multiple awards at the Life Sciences, Tech & Research Clusters Awards, held at Hilton Bankside – a reflection of our continued focus on delivering high-quality environments for research, teaching and collaboration.

Leading this success was the University of Oxford Life and Mind Building (LaMB), which received four major awards:

Delivered in partnership with Legal & General, the University of Oxford and NBBJ Design, LaMB brings together more than 2,400 students, academics and researchers in a highly flexible, future-focused environment. Designed to support collaboration across disciplines, the building provides a platform for tackling some of today’s most pressing global challenges, including climate change, mental health and biodiversity.

LaMB shows what’s possible when you bring the right partners together around a shared ambition. It’s a space designed not just for today, but for the challenges our clients and communities will face in the future.”

We also celebrated the success of Victoria House, which was awarded Best Retrofit and Reuse Building – Lab & Specialist Facility. The project demonstrates how existing buildings can be carefully reimagined to deliver high-quality laboratory and specialist spaces, while reducing environmental impact and supporting a more sustainable approach to development.

Victoria House shows the value of looking again at what we already have. By rethinking and reusing existing space, we can deliver the specialist environments our clients need in a more sustainable way.”
