A new award-winning five story state-of-the-art educational facility with dedicated University Centre delivered to a tight budget and designed to drive engagement between students, the community and local businesses, breaking down the barriers from education to employment.

Facilities include open-plan study areas and a multi-purpose performance arts space for public events, ranging from school productions to conferences. Community facilities include a public library, learning resource centre and café.

To keep the project to budget, we worked closely with the college to keep the project affordable. This included amendments to cladding, M&E specification and redesign of external landscaping in internal window and door solutions.
