Contract Support Administrator

Wates Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Support Administrator to join our facilities management team within Wates FM.As our Contract Support Administrator, you will be working on one of our new clients based out of Hampshire. Working alongside the site team, you will be supporting with all Contract Administration including financial aspects of contract delivery, quotations, raising of purchase orders PPM & Extra Work invoicing & collections and liaising with specialist Sub-Contractors. As our Contract Support Administrator, you will: Work alongside the Technical Service Manager to produce the monthly reports. Issue monthly PPM and reactive invoices, actively chase supplier invoices and have ownership of all contractual purchase orders. Log all jobs through the site CAFM system, Concept Evolution to produce the monthly PPM’s. Work alongside the site team capturing all overtime / holidays and reconciling monthly.We are looking for an experienced Contract Support Administrator who has worked within the FM industry who is commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication skills, be numerate, diligent and have an excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will have previous experience and a sound working knowledge of Concept Evolution.

Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations. Utilise CAFM/PDa technology for real time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered.We are looking for a qualified Engineer with an M&E Facilities Management background and a proven track record of mobile delivery within AC/Refrigeration and knowledge of legal/statutory compliance.To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver all works efficiently and professionally; demonstrating good H&S behaviours at all times.
