Your responsibilities include: Performing PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal building performance. Responding quickly and effectively to engineering issues and emergencies. Preparing detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks. Supervising subcontractors to maintain high standards of work. Recording all tasks accurately and ensuring weekly client sign-off.
