Following our appointment by the Government Property Agency (GPA) to carry out a Category B fit-out of 2 Ruskin Square, Croydon, We’ve commenced a series of social value initiatives to support the local community.

We have been appointed by the Government Property Agency (GPA) to carry out a Category B fit-out of 2 Ruskin Square in Croydon as part of the Government Hubs Programme, designed to create a network of modern enabled, shared workspace for the UK Civil Service.

We have been appointed to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Taxi Rank Framework for fit-out projects ranging from £3m up to £10m across Northern England, Scotland, and Wales.

Our facilities management service has been named Best Sustainability Supplier of the Year by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

Once the project is complete it will be the first HM Treasury office located outside of London.

Creating a mixture of open-plan and cellular office space over two levels we also carried out enabling work, which included the establishment of access routes in line with COVID-19 social distancing requirements.

In 2022, we worked at HMP Norwich on a strip out and refurbishment contract which saw us create a new 16-room on-site court complete with a video conferencing centre (VCC)

In 2022, we were appointed to fit-out and refurbish 12 probation offices, as part of a nationwide programme of investment by the MoJ to modernise the estates being used by the Probation Service in England and Wales.

We were the lead contractor in the fit out for the new UK Government Hub in Edinburgh.

We were awarded a £5m contract to fit out 57,000 sq ft of office space as part of two office relocations in Hastings, Sussex.
