We have completed all works at new Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service Training and Development Academy in Aintree

Our work for The Guinness Partnership (Guinness) saw us complete part-house retrofits to 52 homes in Crewe as part of the BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Demonstrator project. Our role in leading the retrofit project was to catalyse innovation and develop best practice to inform Guinness’ future social housing retrofit projects.

We’ve celebrated starting on site at a new 128-home low carbon development in Ancoats, the first project for This City, Manchester City Council’s housing development company.

We have completed the first net zero school as part of the Department for Education (DfE) School Rebuilding Programme – the £10m Littleborough Community Primary School in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
