ABOUT THE ROLE As the Project Delivery Lead you will work with the FM Project Manager and commercial team, and the wider Wates FM business to deliver projects of differing in value and complexity, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest possible standards of safety and quality and compliance to our Wates Operating standards. We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead with strong demonstrable experience of leading a team with history of successful delivery of projects up to £2m in value. Sound understanding of construction phase H&S, Business-Critical systems, and Change Management Procedures with SMSTS, First AID, Membership to the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) or equivalent, NVQ Level 2-3 in Electrical or Mechanical Discipline. To be successful in the role you will have strong interpersonal, problem solving and site management skills, be someone who can demonstrate the ability to plan, monitor & manage the business functions and project delivery whilst aligning the delivery of the overall business strategy. Some of the other Key Accountabilities as Project Delivery Lead include: Own and lead all aspects of the project like planning, monitoring, coordination, controlling processes, summarising progress of the project and setting deadlines for completion of the project. Produce project documentation & feasibility to completion in line with Wates FM and Clients requirement and agree documentation format with Client Account Representative and support services function.
