Greenfield Development

Wates Developments is the promoter of a 900 acre large scale Greenfield site in West Sussex.
This project is a joint promotional agreement with the landowners and Redrow Homes South East Limited. The land was previously used as a Royal Naval Air Service site and Hawker Hunters were based at the facility. This is an exciting opportunity for the area and the scheme could provide a major new settlement providing new services, facilities and employment opportunities for local residents. The site has been promoted through the South East of England Plan and the next stage will be promotion through the area Local Development Framework.
