A FRESH APPROACH TO FRAMEWORKS

The Scape Major Works UK framework

Scape Group is a public-sector organisation, dedicated to creating ongoing efficiency and social value via the built environment.

The Scape National Construction framework has been designed to offer unrivalled capacity, capability and certainty to any public body across the United Kingdom.

Wates Group is responsible for the Major Works UK framework , delivering major construction projects ranging from £10m-£50m, for the public sector across the UK for the next four years.

The Major Works UK framework

The Major Works UK framework has been configured to produce visually impressive, efficient to run and highly functional buildings. The framework covers an array of services including risk management, buildability advice, project management, site surveys, design and build, local supply chain management, health and safety advice, client and community engagement, local training and post occupancy support.

Scape's framework management approach is collaborative and centred on partnerships; all projects and programmes are delivered through a defined process which facilitates a smooth experience and enables organisations, teams and people to work more effectively together.

Like Wates, Scape is committed to helping the public sector secure socio-economic value. This includes facilitating high levels of local labour, local spend, waste reduction, training and apprenticeships, as well as delivering community engagement opportunities within each commission.
