Our modular, or accelerated homes provide a speedy, high-quality, cost-effective transitional solution to the immediate need for more homes, helping councils such as Cardiff City to tackle the housing crisis and house people in urgent need.

Under the Welsh Government’s Transitional Accommodation Programme, we are working with Cardiff Council to deliver 155 transitional homes for the provision of emergency housing.
