Overview

This transformative redevelopment in Yorkshire has delivered a vibrant, three-storey teaching block that replaces outdated facilities — all while the school remained fully operational. The new building offers bright, modern spaces designed to support both academic excellence and student wellbeing.

Classrooms, science labs, a large assembly hall and a welcoming dining area have all been thoughtfully designed to maximise natural light and connect students with their surroundings. A new multi-use games area and upcoming sports hall will further enrich physical education and extracurricular opportunities.

The wider site has been reimagined to improve safety and accessibility, with new landscaping, parking, and transport zones. Crucially, the development meets Net Zero Carbon in Operation (NZCiO) standards, using low-carbon materials and solar energy to support a healthier planet.

Delivered through the Department for Education’s MMC framework, the project showcases the power of offsite manufacturing to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Our partnership with the school has gone beyond construction — offering students career insights, workshops and work experience. Staff have contributed over 83 hours to support the curriculum, and donations have helped fund school events. Beyond the school gates, we’ve also created jobs and supported local people — helping the whole community thrive.
