We supported our partners at Bromford Housing to secure £3.5m of funding through Wave 2.1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.

In May 2023, we began a contract with Settle to carry out zero carbon retrofit improvements to 670 homes across North Hertfordshire.

Our partnership with Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) began in April 2022 with a project to decarbonise 24 properties to achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate Band C and a heat demand target of 90kwh/m2/annum.

Our work for The Guinness Partnership (Guinness) saw us complete part-house retrofits to 52 homes in Crewe as part of the BEIS Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Demonstrator project.
