As Education Design Director since 2023, Nicola is involved and contributes to market mapping, business development, early customer engagement and the creation of a standard systemised approach for education project delivery, in support of our business regions.

As Education Director Gary has overall accountability for our Schools Education Sector and leads our Central Education Team. He oversees the delivery of our DfE Frameworks, ensuring compliance, highest performance levels, and timely delivery of all schemes within budget.
