Nick Laugharne is Operations Director- Land and Residential Investment at Wates Developments, where he leads investments into new projects and oversees the Strategic Land, Technical, and Acquisitions & Disposals Directors. He also manages large-scale sites classified as Principal Developer and sits on both the Wates Developments Board and Strategy Board.

Hayley is responsible for helping to build and expand Wates Strategic Space’s commercial land portfolio with a focus on opportunities for industrial and logistics development

David Brocklebank is the Executive Managing Director of Wates Developments Group, having held a number of roles within the business since joining Wates in 2001. He oversees Wates’ business activity in residential land and development, engaging with both the public and private sector markets.

Stephen is a member of the business unit’s land team which works to drive forward investment for new development opportunities.
