We are proud to work in partnership with the London Borough of Harrow to deliver homes with purpose and create places where people thrive. This long-term regeneration programme will transform underused sites into vibrant, sustainable communities, delivering around 1,500 new homes across multiple developments.
Our approach is rooted in collaboration, care and integrity. We bring over a century of experience as a leading residential developer-contractor, specialising in urban regeneration and estate transformation. Together with Harrow Council, we are shaping places that stand the test of time, with a strong focus on affordable housing, green spaces and community engagement.
Milton Road
Affordable homes delivered
Milton Road is the first completed scheme in our Harrow partnership and a clear example of regeneration with purpose. The development provides 39 high-quality homes, all 100% affordable, including a mix of council rent and shared ownership. Designed with sustainability at its core, Milton Road features energy-efficient technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels and secure cycle storage. A pocket park and a ground-floor community space create opportunities for residents to connect and enjoy their surroundings. This project demonstrates our commitment to delivering affordable housing in Harrow that meets local needs while promoting greener living.
Poets Corner
Regenerating Harrow Civic Centre
Poets Corner is a flagship regeneration project that will transform the former Civic Centre site into a vibrant new neighbourhood. Once complete, it will deliver more than 1,000 homes across three phases, including Build to Rent and affordable housing. The masterplan introduces Poets Garden, a large public space designed for community use, alongside improved walking routes and better connections to Harrow & Wealdstone Station. Retail and flexible community spaces will bring life to the area, with potential for an NHS facility to support local health services. Poets Corner is about more than homes – it is about creating a connected, sustainable place where people can thrive.
Byron Quarter
A green community for Harrow
Byron Quarter will transform a site that has stood vacant for two decades into a thriving residential community. Phase one will deliver 149 homes, including council properties, with a mix of terraced houses and apartments. At the heart of the development is a central green space featuring play areas, seating and landscaped gardens, complemented by walking and cycling paths that link to Belmont Trail and Byron Park. Sustainability and community engagement are central to the design, ensuring Byron Quarter becomes a place where families feel at home and connected to nature.
