Nottingham City Hub, Further Education College

Nottingham College campus opened in January 2021.

The new college provides 2,000 student places in a state-of-the-art teaching space. It forms part of the council’s economic regeneration of the city’s Broadmarsh area.

The £58.5m project, which started on site in 2018, is the first to be completed by us through the Major Works UK framework and is the result of a partnership between the college, the council, and the local enterprise partnership (LEP).
