Jacob Mangham

Land Manager, Wates Developments

Jacob Mangham is the Associate Land Director, Wates Developments

Jacob is responsible for pursuing the acquisition of new sustainable development opportunities for the business to invest in and assisting other members of the wider team, working directly with landowners and land agents.

Prior to joining Wates Developments, Jacob gained experience whilst at Redrow Homes on the appraisal and acquisition of immediate land opportunities within the West Midlands. He has also worked at Gladman Developments where he was part of the site searching team tasked with identifying and evaluating new strategic land opportunities.

A graduate of the University of Sheffield, Jacob has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Planning.
