With nearly four years of industry experience, he brings strong negotiation and presentation skills, having previously worked for an SME housebuilder. Declan has successfully identified and secured key land opportunities across the South East and is passionate about agreeing new land deals, building relationships, and unlocking development potential.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and watching Chelsea.
