Georgie Fricker is the Land Manager, Wates Developments

In her role as Land Manager, Georgie works closely with landowners and land agents on a daily basis to identify new sustainable development opportunities for the business to invest in. Since joining the Wates Developments Land Team in June 2021, she has been responsible for sourcing, appraising, and negotiating terms on prospective land opportunities.

Before being appointed to the position, Georgie spent four years at CALA Homes where she was a Land Buyer after joining as a graduate. Whilst with CALA she completed a master’s degree in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management in Reading.
