Emily is an experienced member of the team and enjoys working with landowners and their agents to achieve the best value when securing new development opportunities. With over 20 years’ experience, Emily has a broad land purchasing skill set. Prior to joining the Wates Developments Land Team in 2015 she held roles securing land opportunities for both a housebuilder and a retirement home operator.
