Elizabeth Reilly
Independent Non-Executive Director
Elizabeth (Liz) Reilly was appointed to the Board as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee in October 2023.
She is also a member of the Sustainability Committee and Nominations Committee. Liz has more than 30 years of executive experience in organisational design and development, talent management, reward and cultural transformation. She was Group Human Resources Director at SEGRO, and previously the Group HR Director for FCC Environment UK. Prior to this, Liz was at J Sainsbury plc. Liz is also a non-executive director of Watkin Jones plc.
