Jonathan (Joe) Oatley was appointed to the Board as a non-executive director in July 2017 and assumed the role of Deputy Chairman in May 2023.
Formerly Chief Executive at Cape plc and prior to that Chief Executive of Hamworthy plc, Joe spent his earlier career in the engineering sector across a broad range of roles. Joe is currently a member of the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee, having served as Chair of the Wates Remuneration Committee for four years. Joe is also Chairman of Carclo plc and a non-executive director of Centurion Group Ltd.
