Sara Ibraheem is a Data Science Lead at Wates, driving AI research and transformation across construction delivery, informing strategy through research into how risk, knowledge, and decision-making move through complex systems.
She is the author of the Theory of Reconvergence in Construction, a published framework proposing Connected Intelligence: a shared causal knowledge layer in which every delivered project informs the next before its first decision is made. Her applied areas include causal intelligence and simulation systems, and intelligence platforms applying the same framework to public sector project delivery. Her work argues for moving the industry from retrospective explanation toward causal, scientifically grounded foresight.
