Victoria leads the expansion of Wates Commercial & Logistics, part of Wates Developments Group, and is responsible for growing the commercial land portfolio and securing opportunities for industrial and logistics development across the UK. With more than a decade of experience in commercial property, she brings extensive expertise in site acquisition, planning and the industrial market..

Victoria began her property career at Screwfix, where she developed her understanding of property acquisition and industrial requirements. She later joined Lidl, progressing through roles in retail expansion and industrial development. There, she oversaw the acquisition, planning and development of new stores across the South of England before becoming Head of Warehouse Expansion & Portfolio, leading acquiring new sites for large-box industrial development and managing the portfolio of existing assets.

Since joining Wates in 2023 as Commercial Land Director, Victoria has been instrumental in shaping and expanding the commercial land strategy for Wates Commercial & Logistics. Her blend of strategic insight, market knowledge and delivery experience supports the long‑term growth of the business and its evolving development pipeline.
