A chartered accountant with over 15 years of construction industry experience – including more than a decade at Wates – Steve has been instrumental in securing external finance and shaping the financial strategies that underpin the business’s residential growth.
He sits on several of Wates Residential’s board and our joint venture boards, providing strategic oversight and financial governance. His expertise spans investment viability, risk management and navigating regulatory changes.
Before joining Wates, Steve trained with KPMG, bringing a strong foundation in financial assurance to his role.
