Lee Bushell is Regional Managing Director, responsible for overseeing operations across the South of England.

With extensive experience in operational leadership, Lee previously served as Operations Director at Willmott Dixon until 2016, where he played a key role in driving large-scale housing projects and enhancing operational efficiency.

Since joining Wates Residential, Lee is leading the delivery of significant developments, most recently including the large-scale Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub in Brighton and the Guildford Park Road regeneration.

His leadership has been pivotal in strengthening Wates Residential’s presence in the South, delivering high-quality homes and supporting local economic growth.
