Kevin plays a key role in supporting the growth of Wates Commercial & Logistics’ commercial land portfolio, focusing on identifying and progressing opportunities for industrial and logistics development across the UK. He brings strong market insight, informed by his experience in the industrial and logistics sector and his understanding of what occupiers look for in modern industrial space.

Before joining Wates, Kevin worked in both UK and Irish property markets, specialising in industrial and logistics agency and gaining hands‑on experience in land strategy, development analysis and large‑scale industrial acquisitions. His background spans both agency and land planning contexts, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of market demand, site feasibility and development potential.

A RICS Chartered Surveyor with a First Class Honours degree in Property Economics, Kevin combines analytical rigour with practical commercial knowledge to support the identification, evaluation and progression of strategically positioned development sites.
