Having worked in the built environment for over 18 years, Ben has extensive knowledge and experience across asset management which goes hand in hand with his passion for environment and social value impact.
Ben works with existing and prospective customers to support carbon reduction priorities from funding and policy to innovation.
Ben recently supported a number of social housing customers to secure over £100m in Social Housing Decarbonisation Funding through the Wave 2 application in 2023.
Ben is a member of the National Home Decarbonisation Working Group, a forum which aims to share best practice, influence policy and drive innovation to support the industry deliver retrofit at scale.
