Phil Clyne has built a 24-year career in facilities management, beginning with a five-year apprenticeship covering HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and gas engineering.
After achieving Gas Safe accreditation for both domestic and commercial sectors, he progressed through service, breakdown, and installation roles before advancing into leadership positions including Contract Supervisor, Contract Manager, Account Manager, and now Technical Assurance Manager.
Throughout his career, Phil Clyne has developed extensive expertise in technical compliance, statutory and legislative requirements, building systems, and account management. He is particularly passionate about leveraging technological innovation to improve operational performance, compliance, and the overall customer experience within complex commercial environments.
