Phil leads Wates’ dedicated Parliamentary team, bringing strategic oversight and a clear customer focus, stemming from a long-standing understanding of the Estate’s operational and heritage demands.
His connection to Parliament spans more than a decade, including the successful delivery of Millbank House and 1 Derby Gate. Having returned to the Estate in this role, Phil provides continuity, confidence, and a deep appreciation of how to deliver complex projects in a live political environment. His leadership strengthens our partnership with Parliament and supports a programme shaped around trust, clarity, and consistent performance that ensures minimum disruption to parliamentary business.
