As Commercial Lead for the DfE Construction Framework 2025, Ramzies is responsible for ensuring cost certainty, pricing consistency, and proactive risk management across all school projects. He oversees all commercial submissions and approvals, acting as the single point of contact for commercial engagement. In addition, he ensures all team members are trained in framework compliance, fostering transparency, consistency, and collaborative behaviours across our supply chain.

Ramzies has a strong track record in managing successful new-build, block replacement, and refurbishment schemes. His leadership has been instrumental in developing tools such as the Wates-DfE Affordability Model™ and the Adapt:NxtGen™ cost model, which support design efficiency and reduce pre-construction cost overlap. He also leads national cost benchmarking to enhance value and performance.

Ramzies draws on a wealth of alliancing experience from six major MoJ schemes, where he applied joint risk mitigation strategies and alliance-based commercial planning to ensure robust change control and early dispute resolution.
